I really don't know what the fuss is about. Last week in Italy we were approached by police for a random ID check! We are prepared to give away our ID to so many businesses, and we do it without thinking. It's not a leap of any description to formal ID.

Whilst on a short break in fabulous Florence we saw a LOT of art and a LOT of historic sculpture. What a difference it makes to see it in a well planned, stunningly designed space. The Museo dei Opera at Duomo was an amazing visit - and apparently not visited by many. #museums #Florence #culture
