Pretty fed up* during a minor car breakdown and long wait, real upsides were (1) the number of people who stopped to ask if I needed help, and (2) a group of about 10 long tailed tits flitting about the tree canopy above. * At least it was sunny - could have been much worse!

I can never walk along here without thinking of Anne Lister and M- and their overnight stay here, and visit to the church, in 1825 when on a mini-tour of the Peak District. 🥰
