Last week @disarae.bsky.social filmed this cause she liked the way my arms popped. She only got the second warmup set though (50lbs) cause my working sets (95+) made my neck go all weird.

Able to breathe again, got in a good session… not heavy today cause we did heavy upper on Wednesday. Down to just under 185. Probably about 10lbs to go? It’s hard to tell sometimes cause it’s not linear. My goal is in the mirror… But, I’m officially down over 85lbs from the start.
