In my mind the terms "cozy games" and "wholesome games" mean something very different, and it bugs me when people use them interchangeably. Cozy is just a game that is easy to play and get in the right headspace for & is deeply personal. Wholesome games are games that avoid violence & conflict

Played this last November over a 12-hour, 2-day "session". Everyone came away wanting to play more. Absolutely incredible game, definitely the [physical] game I'm most excited about this year

its wild how easy this is to do. and its also wild how some indie devs dont want to be public about who all has worked on their game because they want to keep up the illusion of "small little guy" studio. that and to hide the amount of employee churn

I really appreciate @bugbearstew.bsky.social letting me play as basically Kiryu Yakuza in Urban Shadows. I just asked to have a Yakuza side quest and he gladly accepted that.
