A judge's order to release him (and many others) was blocked by the 7th Circuit Appeals Court. ICE didn't provide food safe for a diabetic. Detainees report that he asked for medical assistance before he died and was ignored. There was no reason for this man to die other than cruelty. Abolish ICE.
