I only have angry wrinkles on my forehead and nowhere else so now my RBF is 1000x worse. My great-grandma always looked grumpy for the same reason lol. She was sweet, but also experienced much trauma that her face probably couldn’t hide. Still, she was kind and warm. She’d cuss a mf out though.

It’s time for the NFL season to start, and I am meh about it. My favorite sport, but I hate seeing people get hurt every game. NFL as a company is evil too. I think I’ll watch more college ball this year. I will say, I am very pleased with how the Cowboy’s off season went.

I made an unrealistic goal to stitch 250 hours this year, thinking I’d hit half that. I track my goals by time spent instead of milestones or finished projects. It gives me less anxiety because as long as I am keeping up with the hobby, I’ll get better. I reached 100 hours as of this month. ⭐️

Up at 3 am again, working on my yearly crochet scarf. It will be my third one. Seems as though crochet has become my dominant hobby. I like activities that can be meditative, and it’s also easy to scale the challenge by choosing appropriate patterns (or through improvisation).

Old art lalalala My digital painting days are over, but I still like to make black and white art drawings. Less strain on my brain and hands. Besides linear perspective, using value and color together is my biggest weakness. Adding color to grayscale only ads confusion.
