Happy #NationalSkyscraperDay! This day commemorates the birthdays of two of Chicago’s greatest architects, Louis Sullivan (born September 3, 1856) and Daniel Burnham (born September 4, 1846).

This description of Cohasset Punch — published in response to a letter to the Chicago Tribune on August 31, 1934 — seems apt! Prohibition had recently been repealed and Cohasset Punch had not yet returned. Luckily for the drink’s old fans, the Punch again began flowing within a few months.
