I made sugar-free, no-flour blueberry banana muffins with almond butter. I’m surprised at how tasty they are. Nov 1, 2024, I stopped drinking. I was into a daily red wine habit. 6 mos ago, I upped my healthy eating. I’ve dropped 40+ lbs. Sleep is still challenging, but I blame the regime for that.
