I have never subscribed to a music streaming service (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and probably never will. I value my favorite artists more than that. I buy records—direct when possible—which still isn’t very profitable for most musicians, but it’s something.

About a year into my switch from gas to induction, and I would not voluntarily go back. I might, however, upgrade my cooktop within a few years.
