I always ask my students about their other classes and I ask them about their favorite classes I hear a lot about how wonderful colleagues are! And I always share it (anonymizing the students!) with them Because it always makes them happy! AND THEY DON'T NECESSARILY KNOW THE IMPACT THEY HAVE!
