AND JUST LIKE THAT: US DOJ, Texas AG Ken Paxton & judge Reed O'Connor have permanently enjoined enforcement of a 2001 state law allowing immigrants to pay in-state tuition at Texas public colleges. Texas lawmakers failed earlier this week to repeal the law.
