Good news; though it may not directly help clarify things for us in USACE. Neither DoD nor IFPTE are parties to the lawsuit. But this should help give pause to the DoD HR-types delighting in hurting workers. Maybe slow their roll a bit.

📣 This week, Local 777 filed petitions for review with the FLRA over a pair of DoD “disapprovals” of bargaining agreements we signed with Management. DoD is trying to enforce the Executive Order stripping our bargaining rights. Links in the 🧵👇

To reiterate, this is our plan for how to proceed if our Collective Bargaining Agreement and the legal mechanisms we use to enforce it are stripped from us.
