Day 14: Lotion, all the lotion. Shaved a bit more unsightly body hair today, been feeling pretty good today. Not tired, so todays been good! About to hit the cardio for a bit, good news, some of my pants now require a belt to stay up! We're making progress!

Day 13: So, today I got annoyed, and got out the razor and began hacking the arm hair off... Way to soon for this to matter, I know. It's gonna grow back, I get it. I really can't wait for HRT to slow all this down to a crawl, be able to shave less often.

First day back from con where I felt good enough to resume my cardio. Did half an hour of intense beat sabering. Diet today has included a coffee, one bagel with cream cheese, a Muscle Milk Zero Shake with one tbs of fit pb powder.... Which equals out to 705 calories. We did about 450 calories
