As Pride Month comes to a close, we celebrate the resilience, leadership, and contributions of LGBTQ+ community members across San Francisco. Thank you to the providers, partners, advocates, and community members helping create pathways to safety, stability, and belonging.

Last week, #ProjectHomelessConnect brought together City staff, partners & volunteers to serve 257 households, including 239 households experiencing homelessness. Highlights: -> 7 housing referrals -> 6 CAAP participants now have move-in dates -> 2 older adults connected to shelter

145 new affordable homes for formerly homeless seniors are now open at 1633 Valencia in San Francisco's Mission District. Residents are referred through HSH's Housing Ladder Program and the Mission Action Access Point and have access to onsite supportive services.
