Sadly these days I’m lucky if I get one comment on my work. Though I’m changing my perspective and more so creating for myself than others. It’s actually been a lot more fun to create now that I’m making things for myself. Though I do agree the landscape of social media for artists has changed.

please understand. artists don't get nearly as much feedback (praise, comments or otherwise) as you think they do. much less than years and years ago. we don't know how much you like it. we don't know how it affected you. unless you say something, or recommend it, comment, reblog. anything.

Something a little different today -- a digital experiment! When I first found out about my paint allergy, I gave digital a try by painting on top of one of my color roughs from my last solo show in procreate. I didn't enjoy it enough to produce my finals this way, but it was fun to play around!
