Reminder for anyone who sees Trump as a savior: He lobbied to have tiktok banned in the first place, and now he’s positioning himself as the hero by unbanning it. It’s theatrics.

Just so we’re clear, Trump started the legislation to ban TikTok when he was in office, but it didn’t get through the senate or house until Biden’s presidency—Biden signed it into law—then SCOTUS upheld that law. Trump gets to slide into office to “save” what he, in the first place, sought to ban.
