I'm convinced that reading a book with my phone nearby reduces my ability to focus. Does this sound familiar? I'm leaving my phone in another room while I read in hopes of regaining my focus. I think it's working.

My therapist gave me some good advice yesterday: start the day with a morning meditation instead of going straight to your phone and scrolling social media. It's obvious in retrospect. I hope I can make it a habit.
