I can't explain how badly I need to take a week off of work to just sit, I knew this wouldn't be a relaxing vacation but I figured it'd at least be the fun kind of stressful and exhausting!!!!

I get anxious in medical office waiting rooms not because of whatever the appointment is but because I used to be a medical receptionist and I was sick with anxiety every day and it's been over 8 years since I worked that job and I just realized that's why

I had stress dreams about being late for this all night last night and now I'm here too early and also my tummy hurts

me scheduling a dentist appointment at 8am in a place 2 hours away was certainly a choice
