At 50, as my eyesight worsens, I now understand why I spent a lot of my childhood looking for contact lenses (they weren’t disposables then) for my dad on the bathroom floor 🤦‍♀️ I thought I had extra special eyesight powers. Nope. I was just young!

A small hot chocolate in a cold cafe cost me £4.75 yesterday. 🤯 In the winter I spend more time in cafes because my flat is cold.
