A new project begins.

Malissa suit has ended up being a ling wait as well (5ish years now). Hits harder because if feels like the suit is why its been so hard to stay connected with someone who had become such a close friend. I can understand the difficulty of finishing something they may have lost the passion for.

Got second lob piercings done today by a great friend I made here in the UK. I found out she started piercing again recently and had to ask her to do mine. Its given extra meaning to the piercing and I'll always think about her when I see them <3

Its pretty surreal to be planning the move back to Canada. While I knew that was always the endgame, it felt so much farther away. Now it's only a few months.

6 months of job searching as a trans woman with no luck. Given the current climate around trans folks here in the UK, I took the advice of presenting male at the next interview. I'm both hopeful and dreading the result.

Beautiful weekend trip to Sweden. Honestly, it is one of the best places I have visited.

Being hot a sweaty before even putting on a fursuit is such a deterrent. How is it 12c outside and like 30c everywhere inside this hotel @.@

I hate job interviews. I'll relax once it starts but the hours before are filled with anxiety.

✅ Brought furries up to big white ✅ Fewer injuries than last year ✅ Grew modestly without losing the feel ✅ Sunny days ❌ Did not enroll somebody to bring snow in the evenings ❌ Freezing butts off @ -37 C feel with windchill on ridge rocket 😇 No hot tubs were harmed... Mostly... This year.

Fable had a wonderful time tubing. Got plenty of rides in with friends.

2 weeks on progesterone now and I'm really digging the effects.

A new project begins

Sister finally got engaged! I was overjoyed to hear until I realized how I won’t be able to share my own engagement to the same family reception. Losing my parents support hurt. I am giving them every chance to slowly adjust and come around but time is running out.

Think I’ll offer up some commissions for these in the new year.

I also enjoy making chainmail creations. Here’s a birthday gift I made up for a friend.

New born cardigan for an expecting member of my guild. Matching hat to come soon

My first crochet plush. It was a lot of fun and I plan to attempt another very soon.

Fox blanket is finally done. It’ll be awhile before I try it again. A very ambitious project for a beginner in crochet. I learned a lot that I can take to other projects.

Been working hard on these. Absolutely love this pattern.

Great weekend overall. I look forward to more excuses to suit here.
