While we're waiting on new art posts, one thing I'd like to do is write up a review for my old tablet. It just broke down on me after 5 years, but it was a great piece of equipment. I've done or finished pretty much all of my pieces on the XP-Pen Artist 22R Pro, which I lovingly called "Big Boy"!

I'm privileged enough to have the resources and people around me willing to help with replacing my display tablet that finally broke down after months of sporadic issues. When I get my new tablet, I'll post a review of my initial impressions to help anyone else who ends up in this situation!

Did another presentation for #MentalHealthAwareness month today, talking all about Burnout. Not just in general, but also how it can affect neurodivergent individuals and children differently. I hope we can talk about this more openly in corporate positions, and online. Everyone deserves a rest.

This is a mummy movie on a technicality, but really does play out more like a possession movie and for good reason. That said, it's a really nice twist on the standard possession formula that I enjoyed. It's a good movie, with a slightly rushed ending. Good final scene though!
