Today I had my formal diagnosis of ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD with anxiety and major depressive disorder. Hearing this today, I never felt more seen and validated as I do now. All this research I did to figure out what's wrong with myself did not go to waste.

The scary part is it's true.

When I realized I was autistic all this time, thinking back to school and how I struggled making friends and things just makes more sense now.

It's day three of what I'm assuming is the flu. Tuesday I was experiencing visual and auditory hallucinations, yesterday wasn't as bad and today I'm just sick with some auditory hallucinations. I'm having a blast. #sarcasm

Woke up this morning with a fever. Now both my partner and I are sick....
