New hyperfixation chronic illness breakfast autism chow unlocked! Going to meal prep these crumbles and keep them on hand. And I already usually have my rice cooker going so just add an egg on top and this is a great way for me to realistically have breakfast regularly (something I struggle with)

I think I've finally nailed my meat replacement tofu crumble process, this texture is perfection 😍 Did it up with some galbi marinade, paired with some sesame spinach and a fried egg for a minimal bibimbap vibe, very nom. I'll definitely be doing this crumble for burritos at some point

Making Goan fish curry for the first time. Had to figure out a substitute for the tamarind so it's not gonna be at its best but I had everything else on hand, let's me use some of my lesser used masala spices so I'm looking forward to it 😁 (Not my pic)
