Having a tie settled on penalties is always tough to take. The record books will show that Arsenal went the entire Champions League campaign unbeaten. PSG offered nothing as Arsenal nullified them. For all the talk of Arsenal set pieces, it was PSG who failed to score an open play goal.

I read a lot in the media about Chelsea FC being classed as a "giant" club. It seems to me that this is a miscaricature. While no one can predict the future, it is surely reasonable to assess that Chelsea neither are or were a "giant" club.
