"You thought right, your company's always welcome!" He put his arms behind his head, closing his eyes and relaxing.

That must be how they greet people where he's from. Not wanting to be rude, he returns the bow. "You talk kinda funny, I like you!"

"I knew I could count on you!" He says with a laugh, jovially elbowing her side as the two hang together.

And suddenly, the tone from earlier made all the sense in the world. "Ohhhh, okay, that checks out. I'm Link, by the way. Nice meetin' ya!"

"Who's Kay?" "...Wait, who're you? And why'd you want me down from that tree so bad?"

"Yeah." That's all he says as a smile appears on his face, his friend always managed to cheer him up just from the sight of her.

A sigh leaves his lips, he doesn't like the insinuation of his friend expecting to be forgotten, but he's here and that's what matters. "Well, I guess I should've said I 𝘸𝘢𝘴 looking for her. She's a fairy, like Tatl and Tael, but blue. You'd probably love her!"
