When people are talking about how AI is going to replace developers, I know they haven't actually tried to develop with nothing but AI. It's a great tool to assist...but it's not perfect. As proof, I submit my recent convo with AI while trying to do a simple task. Its great at empathy though. 😆

It's always interesting to me when companies empower their teams and give them the resources to focus...how it ultimately benefits the company in the long run. Cutting costs isn’t the biggest reason to consolidate your tech stack—it’s about empowering teams and improving the customer journey.

Day 8 of the solo dad chronicles. Still no vegetables in site. Have been told by the oldest though that they receive something called nutritional meals at school. I believe they might live now.

Update for those following my solo dad adventure. No vegetables have been eaten yet.

I’m solo parenting this week while the amazing Shannon is on the other side of the world. So far the score is 2 days of ordering take out, 1 find you own food night, and 1 frozen meal night. I think I’ll have everyone try to eat a vegetable tonight.

Today’s my 43rd birthday. I wonder what new medication I’ll get to start taking this year? 😁
