We're thrilled to share that YouMove is now reaching 16,934 people across the county, allowing families to get active together and enjoy swimming, dance, yoga and more. 💃 We're also reaching 268 Early Years families since launch in 2024. 🙌 We look forward to hearing more as the year continues!

In our county, 26% of children cannot swim 25m when leaving primary school. In our priority neighbourhoods, the figure is 44%. In our latest blog, we reflect on shared learning from our Swimming and Water Safety Summit, and how collaboration is our greatest asset when confronting inequality. 🏊

Last week, we worked with the Activity Alliance to arrange training for school staff responsible for leading PE and Sports activities. ⚽ This training aims to provide staff with the knowledge and confidence in adapting their school PE for all pupils, ensuring everyone has a chance to benefit. 🫶
