Our waste and recycling team are hosting a recycling roadshow today in the ground floor foyer of our Castle Quay offices in Banbury.

Last week our executive voted to introduce new planning controls at the Wroxton Motocross Track. The motion proposed a non-immediate Article 4 Direction, which is a planning tool that can be used to remove certain permitted development rights.

Cllr Ian Middleton for CDC, said: “Domestic abuse has a devastating impact on its victims. This accreditation should offer any domestic abuse survivor who needs our help the reassurance that we will handle their case with sympathy and expertise. We are now working towards silver accreditation.”

Following fly-tipping which took place at Burchester Place, Banbury in February, we have served an offender with a £500 fixed penalty notice (Reduced to £250 as it was paid within 10 days). Thank you to the witness who came forward to provide a statement in this case.
