Part of me wants to be irritated because everyone kept saying the Cubs would move early and be super aggressive. The rational part of me knows they can only make moves of there's a partner. To know how good an athlete truly is, I listen to their peers more than anyone else. I already knew Jennie Finch was amazing, but watching her absolutely own MLB sluggers (while others came out to watch).....and watching said sluggers laugh at the nastiness of her stuff was the peak of my enjoyment.

As a middle school teacher for over 20 years, I can say the boys are WAY more "emotional" than the girls. My experience after that is the girls continue to mature while the boys have pretty much maxed out 😁
