Nothing has ever quite shaken me to my core as when I saw someone typing on a cellphone, in portrait orientation, as if it were a full keyboard.

Lil midnight experiment. First time making cavatelli by hand. Rushed the dough so it didn’t get as thin as I’d like, a bit on the chewy side, but it was overall pretty good. Garlic cream sauce with white sherry, and rosemary and thyme from the garden.

Just finished season 5 of #TheBear. I would have binged it in one sitting if I was able. The show definitely got back to what it was about in S1-2, and it feels like an apology for getting so off track in 3-4. Definitely enjoyed it, need to do a full rewatch soon.
