The hospital was short staffed and my husband and my mom had to deliver my daughter. As in, there were a ton of Cesarian sections happening the same night, and there was one doctor and a handful of nurses to cover the maternity ward, so when my daughter's heart stopped, it was showtime.

I had a baby a week ago. The doctors never gave me pain medicine, but they gave me Ambien the first night??? Literally in the throes of labor and politely requesting any kind of help. Got none.
