when I was working at Activision we found out our IT guy put hidden cameras in the bathroom. shortly after I got over the trauma of that and started using the bathrooms at work again, I got groped by a co-worker in one. that was pretty fucking real to me.

Remembering how Brian Bulatao (then CAO of ABK) singled out one of my fellow union organizers and called them out of the blue. He proceeded to drop that he had "connections in the CIA." Clearly intimidation.

Myself and my colleagues met with executive leadership of ABK multiple times to discuss the ways in which the current policies could be improved to create a safer and harassment-free workplace.

Today, Monday February 10th 2025, CWA Local 7250 filed Unfair Labor Practice charges against Activision with the National Labor Relations Board in Minneapolis. The ULP is in regards to the unjust termination of Allen Junge, a QA tester and union leader who was unjustly terminated.

It's become increasingly clear to me that ABK's trajectory/long-term plan for their QA teams - including Blizzard, where this is happening as well - is to slowly worsen conditions for FTE QA until they voluntarily quit; and rather than backfill, replace those workers with contract outsourcing.
