Not like it would be justified if they were drug smugglers, but I think it hasn't gotten enough focus that a boat with 11 people onboard heading from Venezuela to Trinidad was almost certainly migrants. These were probably, at least for some of them, people fleeing Maduro. That's who they murdered.

The answer to substance abuse is compassion and mutual aid, not a carrier strike group.

Libertarians don't want government to license marriage - it should be a private contract between two (or more) consenting adults. However, as long as government does license marriage, it has no right at any level to deny marriage based on sex, gender, race, or religion.

Liberty cannot be won by bowing to tyrants. Regardless of one's stance on sending aid and arms, most people do want peace. But a lasting peace cannot be forged of injustice or claimed by falsely painting tyrants as victims. We can seek peace while also speaking the truth.
