Today is morning 2, her flavor is developing! She'll get a couple of Trump Accordions ever 4 hours, 4x today, and will sit on your countertop until tonight.

Keep dough today on the counter, revisit it every 4 hours or so, give it Trump Accordion You can feel the gluten tightening when you do this. The lumps are dissolving, there's no kneading. Tonight, she gets covered and sleeps in the fridge 😴
