Flow was such a gorgeous film. I’ve found myself thinking of the vivid imagery, the storytelling, and the way it made me feel above all. It was very refreshing to see an animated film that made me feel alive and appreciate the world more.

What I’ve found in my job, is that toxicity begins from the top down. I work at two campuses: One once week, and one the other 4 days. The one I’m residing in the most is toxic; small-town drama and cliquey as fuck. But the other is so well managed: It has consistency, and a positive environment.

Tipping culture is one of the biggest scams of American Society. Businesses have convinced the populace that making people work for tips rather than actual living wages is how the industry should be. Resident Evil Requiem was fantastic. I think they struck a perfect balance between the classic style RE4 and the new RE7/8 style of gameplay, and enhanced them significantly. I was frustrated with RE8, and how I feel its mixture of elements wasn’t properly balanced. RE9 addresses these concerns!

I love my horrible neighbors above me. I love how they let their four crotch goblins scream at the top of their lungs and stomp on the floor at all times of the evening. It’s my favorite part of living here—not being able to relax at the end of a hard day. Shitty ass parents. Jesus lmao.

Metroid Prime 4–while largely enjoyable for me, had a lot of flaws that held it back from being the game I think it wanted to be. I would have appreciated the desert more had there been more meaningful exploration with the special areas connected more coherently. And the story? Meh. 7/10 for me!

My first trip to California was gorgeous! Loved So-Cal and the mountains, the snowy mountaintops, the desert, I was floored by the natural beauty. Will definitely return next year to explore more of the state!
