has anyone of you dealt with a stiff/hurting shoulder, specifically in the area on/around the scapula? ive been dealing with a mild pain thats gotten fairly worse recently. i think it may just be bad desk posture or lack of activity, but id be glad to hear any opinions or suggestions.
