Race moderators and creators can now set the time for other users in the races. Makes it easier to manage races!

Hi friends, I have resumed working on the website. It is now possible to disqualify a player from the race if they are AFK or if they submitted an incorrect time. This can be done by the creator of the race, or by race admins. Thanks!

I got a report that the livesplit plugin causes lag and/or crashes sometimes. I wasn't able to confirm or reproduce it myself, but would very much like to dive into it. Did anyone experience something like that, and if yes, do you remember any details? Any help welcome!
