Judge! Had a question on Discord and I need an expert. Someone asks if you can use Elementalist's Palette to pay the 'X' on an opponent's Condescend. I said no, but I couldn't prove why. I believe only the caster "sees" the X in the Condescend, but can a judge let me know the correct call? #mtg

Import tax from US to Poland is wild. I'm so annoyed. I made a friend in the commander Discord server and I was going to send around 30 cards to them, and shipping is a little bit but fine. Then I learned about the import tax the receiver would have to pay! The estimate was more than 5x the value! 🤬

I wish there was a service or even a local shop that let me trade my deck boxes for different, less expensive deck boxes. I like my Gamegenic Cards' Lair 1000+, but it doesn't really fit my Bastion 100+ deck boxes, or my Squires. I want to trade so I have all Ultimate Guard Boulders so any can fit

I now have 2 decks with possible infinite mana, the other being my Yarok deck with Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator. I try to avoid groan-inducing infinite combos as a rule, and these are the only infinite combos I have in any decks, but wow are they satisfying to pull off and win a game

So, when I build a new MTG deck (at least lately), I do it in 3 big phases. 1: Assemble the "prototype" or version 1 from cards in my collection so I have a functional deck to be able to playtest 2: Pick up a few (5ish) quick, cheap/must-have cards at a local shop for version 1.1
