All cleaned up! That was a fast crew.

This tree has been in poor health all year, and sometime this morning it dropped a big clump of branches. I think the city was already alerted so will see when it gets hauled off.

Cleaned the kitchen fan blades, oh boy were they nasty! Will repaint before reinstalling, part of the kitchen overhaul happening the next several weeks. Better now than never!

Slowly but surely making progress on the kitchen cupboards. Paint all stripped and ceiling de-popcorned, just need to sand and clean up before prime and paint. Sort of on a schedule for this as a new oven is arriving in two weeks, so best to stay on top of this.

This guy is really starting to shrink in on himself. The snow and rain today won’t help matters.

Finally completed the basement window project. Outer window bolted in nice and tight, inner window just needs a locking mechanism so I can pop it open for cleaning now and then. Spiders and dust don’t have boundaries!

Full moon

New cloooooown Arrived in the mail yesterday and tried on last night. Same mask as my Filbert character only in brightly colored clown fashion. The suit had been tried on with a different mask in the past but this is now his official wardrobe! Soft spoken yet far less inhibited than his human self!

Black squirrel sighting I had been painting on the front porch and this rascal came within five feet of me. Enough to see his beady eyes not caring… Quite a few of these homies out and about this year!
