【ジュリ昔話】 エリート官僚の一人娘として、プライドが高く勝ち気な”お嬢様”に育つ。テコンドーに才能を発揮し、時には年上の男子も圧倒。「わたしが一番」という幼少期を過ごす。父親が殺害された後、事態が一変。汚職官僚の家族として追求を受け、かつては父にへりくだっていた役人にも見下される日々。その子息たちは手のひらを返したようにジュリを苛めるようになった。萎縮し、されるがままになっていたジュリだが、あるとき耐えかねて逆襲。嵩にかかった相手を叩き伏せたことに快感の閃きを覚えたことが、歪んだ攻撃性を開花させるきっかけとなった。

【ジュリとバイク】 お嬢様育ちであったため当初バイクとは接点がなく興味もなかった。 ジュリを苛める少年たちがバイク自慢をするので、むしろ嫌ってさえいた。あるとき、怯えさせようと無理やりタンデムさせられたジュリは、自分がスピードを少しも恐れていないことに気づく。すでに片目を失っていたがそのハンデは少しもなくスピードをコントロールできると感じた。少年たちに逆襲した後、バイクを我が物とした。暴力的な加速とスピードの中で、かつて「わたしが一番」と無邪気に思えた頃の全能感を取り戻せそうな気がしていた。風水エンジンの義眼により、さらなる高速度への順応を果たしたジュリは、今もひたすらにスピードを求めている。
