I know the Rays never lose trades, but the Blake Snell deal is a great big yikes.

This should count as Game 3 and 4. Winner gets a 3-1 series lead.

Time to settle this the way they used to settle 14-inning games in the regular season before the automatic runner: with a backup infielder on the mound for one team, and a 31-year-old rookie who is gonna get DFAed in the morning for the other.

The Mariners are about to be the closest they've ever been to the World Series. Three previous trips to the ALCS and never won more than two games.

Folks, I know things are a little bit crazy right now, but Lindsey Adler’s fluffy goofball Fisher was involved in a bad situation today and is facing some serious medical care and bills. Anything to help would be extremely extremely appreciated. All the money goes to Fish.

The Angels drafted literally nothing put pitchers in 2021, and somehow they have no pitching depth in 2025.

You can still make trades after the deadline. You're just not going to get anyone who moves the needle.

Not the gambling type, but I wonder what kinda odds I could've gotten before the season on the Marlins having a better record than the Orioles going into the All-Star break.

Can't really call it a pet peeve, I think it's just bad managing to have the outgoing reliever issue the intentional walk instead of the guy coming in, and using up one of his three batters so you can pull him sooner in case things go sideways.
