I have schools that do AQA and schools that do Edexcel both telling me paper 1 was bad today. Any feedback from other schools? Please let me know what board and how they found it

In #MathsToday I did this as a starter on estimation. With the aim of getting pupils to consider which counters are the 'significant' ones.

We started polar coordinates today in online further maths. I gave them 5 mins with desmos and a few pointers and they came up with some amazing polar curves. None of them had heard the word cardiod before though 🤯🤷

I'm so mad I have only just got to this bit of @standupmaths.bsky.social book today when I taught reciprocal trig last Monday 🙄 I will definitely be introducing them to SHACHOCAO next lesson 🤣
