Taking Woodside to court was a huge risk for a small not-for-profit like ours, but we knew we had to try. Unfortunately, Australiaās environmental laws are not fit for purpose, and we lost the case. We now have to pay 80k in legal costs. Please share + donate if you can:

It people have capacity to support DEA that would help us campaign for a healthy planet. DEA is a not-for-profit meaning all donations are used for our work. It helps our members who volunteer their time for climate health advocacy

The air pollution crisis in South Asia is a visible & devastating reminder that burning fossil fuels comes at the cost of our air quality and health. Our report outlines the facts, but these images of cities shrouded in toxic air speak louder than our words ever could.

Tks to the 70+ NGOs who supported this AFR ad calling for protecting our right to protest, campaign & take legal action when corps & govts are in the wrong. We'll need to fight if we are to protect what has worked for centuries to bring change to right wrongs & move forward!
