PDX has done Disaster Relief Trials DRT since 2012 DRTs are a daylong practice of using cargo bikes in disasters. Cargobikes work especially well in rough terrain like broken roads. They can move supplies, people & messages. It's a huge job to put on a DRT -- but they're important & tons of fun!
