Other artists, when drawing someone else's OC, do you prefer to have a dedicated reference sheet to look at, or does just a bunch of images of said OC work? I'm debating getting a reference sheet made of Ari, but they're expensive, and would kill my "fun things" budget for months...

OC(?) concept dump time: A few days ago I was struck by an idea for a Pokémon fusion thing: Hisusian Zorark sort of combined with Tinkaton and a ninja. For some dumb reason, the only name I can think of for them is the absolute cringe: "Rowanoa Zorark"... (Continued in thread 1/4)

When attempting to add texture to things, don't use 20 different shades of the same color, randomly thrown everywhere. I stopped doing that, and saw immediate improvement in the quality of what I was making... Or put simply: "Simple looks better"

There are so many things wrong with this... It's definitely one of those "get it out now, perfect it later" things.
