The Society to Preserve the Millvale Murals of Maxo Vanka was informed that it would not receive the remainder of a $472,000 grant it was awarded in 2022 by the federal Institute for Museum and Library Services. That would leave them with a funding gap of up to $156,000 on the multi-year project.
