Frankie has called MacCready "Robbie" ever since they met. He initially wasn't a fan. But she was really cool and nice. And she laughed when he called Butch "bitch". Maybe it was okay if she did it but no one else. Then 10 years of being MIA and she called him by his full name and he died inside.
