UPDATE: Fixed a bug where what was supposed to be an ultra-rare talk segment instead played every other hour. It's temporarily been disabled until we can find a better solution for playing songs that are supposed to be ultra-rare

any listeners currently tuning in, please remember that we're alpha testing. some tracks will play too often, others not enough, and the library is still being expanded. if something is annoying, let us know so we can fix it!
