May Day Strong! I want to thank all those who participated in our Overpass Protest. We occupied the Wilshire overpass from 2-6 pm and an estimated 12,000 vehicles (50 per minute) saw our signs. Many honked and gave us “thumbs up”, but some used other fingers. Glad we could annoy those snowflakes.

JD Vance will be speaking at Pointe Precision in Plover on Thursday 2/26. In coalition with several other groups, we are calling for a protest from 10-noon, though the exact time of his arrival and departure have not been announced.

Democrats continue to hold the line after making it clear they would not support any DHS funding bill without restrictions on ICE. We must urge Democrats to keep going to get ICE Out For Good, and pressure Republicans to agree to a DHS funding bill that protects our communities and civil rights.
