the glaring was enough to get froggy to back off, head lowering and eyes brimming with tears. why did this remind her so much of /him/? the one who threw her out in the first place? . . .the one she escaped from. the amphibian was ready to flee.

curling up in a pile of leaves. a little yawn is escaping! she looks very tired. it is bed time for baby frogs. eyelashes flutter before eyes close completely. goodnight, project frog.

the frog notices the coffee bean. she waddles over to shadow, tiny webbed hands trying to reach for the bean cautiously. peeping quietly to herself.

the amphibian made little peeping noises. she wasn't able to talk, but she was trying to communicate with nine in her own way. large brown eyes stare up at him. she crouched in front of him once close enough. looking around and blinking unevenly.

the frog, after eating her snack, curled up with her seagull plush and let a little yawn escape. it seemed she was tired after consuming the bug. her life was an idle one. . . . mostly. she lived near water, a pond, and by the edge she now slept.

within seconds, the amphibian's sticky tongue lashes out, catches the bug, and retracts back towards froggy. froggy noisily chews and eats the snack. she doesn't seem aware she is being watched. her survival instincts only seemed limited to catching food and being near water.

despite not speaking, froggy could understand what CK was saying. the frog wasn't afraid of birds or thorns. she was afraid of humans who could injure her. yet nothing is said. sad brown eyes remain locked on CK until she diverts her attention elsewhere.

yes. froggy lives in the pond by herself. she seems unwilling to exit the pond now that some stranger was nearby. two large brown eyes were peering at the chaos king, waiting for him to do something. the frog child seems unwilling to leave the safety of the water.

the feeling seems to be mutual because froggy is currently waddling back to her pond. managing to fall face first into the shallow end. she slowly picks herself up and limps back into the water. now she is submerged. feeling safer.
